Jon primarily serves Houston and the surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, and League City. The first 20 miles from central Houston are included at no extra charge — beyond that, a $0.70/mile travel fee applies. Not sure if your listing is covered? Jon arrives on time and gets straight to work. A typical shoot takes 60–90 minutes depending on the size of the home. The property should be clean, decluttered, and staged before arrival — lights on, blinds open, and cars out of the driveway makes a big difference. Jon handles everything from there.
For the best results: clear countertops and surfaces, remove personal items and clutter, open all blinds and turn on all interior lights, make all beds, and move vehicles out of the driveway. The cleaner and more staged the home, the more stunning the photos will be.
Yes! Drone photography, twilight shots, floor plans, and video walkthroughs are available as add-ons to any package. The Pro Listing and Luxury packages already include drone coverage. Reach out before booking to mix and match what your listing needs.
Life happens — Jon gets it. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a rebooking fee. Contact Jon as early as possible and he'll work with you.
All photos are delivered digitally via a downloadable link — high-resolution, MLS-ready, and fully edited. You'll receive your gallery link via email and can download all images instantly. No waiting on a USB or dealing with file transfers.
None. The price you see is the price you pay. Packages are flat-rate with no surprise charges. The only extras are optional add-ons you choose yourself — drone, twilight, floor plans, etc. Everything is transparent upfront.
