Jon Everette didn't stumble into real estate photography — he chose it deliberately. After years in marketing and visual storytelling, Jon noticed a gap in the Houston market: listing agents were settling for average photos that failed to capture a home's true value, while the best agents were losing deals because their listings blended in.

In 2024, Jon launched Jon Everette Visuals with a single mission — give Houston real estate professionals the same caliber of photography that luxury listings receive, but at a price and pace that works for every agent, from first-timers to top producers.

The approach is methodical. Every shoot begins with a consultation about the listing's unique selling points. Jon plans angles, lighting, and staging recommendations before arriving on-site. Shoots average 60–90 minutes. Photos are delivered in 24–48 hours. The result? Listings that get more views, more showings, and more offers.

Today, Jon has photographed over 100 homes across the Houston metro — from modest starter homes in Pearland to luxury estates in The Woodlands. His client list includes solo agents, top-producing teams, and boutique brokerages across Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, and League City.
